Cropwell Meeting

Cropwell Meeting in Marlton  provided the backdrop for “Finding Freedom in South Jersey” on NBC’s Roots Less Traveled program. The episode focused on a   brother from Camden, NJ and sister from California   who were searching for information about their Truitt ancestors.  They learned that “their African American ancestors were farmers and land owners pre-emancipation, with the help from an amazing family of Quakers.”
